## What is PrimeTriad?

PrimeTriad is an independent, operator-run Fractal Bitcoin platform that runs:
- A **permissionless Hybrid PPS+ Stratum mining pool** at `pool.primetriad.com:3334` — open to all Stratum miners (ASICs, Bitaxe, and other FB-capable hardware)
- **PrimeIndexer staking** — stake / unstake / claim FIP-101 rewards at https://primetriad.com/staking
- **Index mining** infrastructure (full node, indexer, proof publishing)
- A public live pool dashboard at https://pool.primetriad.com

Miners connect with no account, no KYC, and no Lightning. Payouts are **on-chain FB**.

PrimeTriad is **not backed by Fractal** and is not an official Fractal product.

## Mining pool (for miners)

- **Stratum URL:** `stratum+tcp://pool.primetriad.com:3334`
- **Username:** your Fractal Bitcoin address (optional `.worker` suffix)
- **Password:** `x` (or `d=2048` for starting difficulty)

### Reward model — Hybrid PPS+

1. **PPS+ credits:** each accepted share earns FB from `diff / networkDiff × reward` after a **1.5%** fee
2. **Block finder:** **5 FB** paid in the coinbase (jackpot)
3. **Buffer:** matured block remainder funds the PPS+ risk book
4. **Payouts:** on-chain after a low balance threshold
